These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Nathezoutofafrica's website and online shop (the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

2. Products and Orders

2.1. Nathezoutofafrica offers a variety of products for sale on its online shop. We make every effort to display accurate product information, including prices and availability. However,  many of the items are handmade from Local Artisans from African Countries and we cannot guarantee that all information is complete, accurate, or current, and there may be slight imperfections.

2.2. By placing an order through the Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You also agree to pay all charges incurred in connection with your order, including any applicable taxes and shipping fees.

2.3. All orders are subject to acceptance by Nathezoutofafrica. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspicion of fraud or unauthorized activity.

3. Payment

3.1. Payment for orders placed through the Service must be made using one of the payment methods accepted by Nathezoutofafrica. We currently accept Visa, Debit, Paypal, 

3.2. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3.3. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. Nathezoutofafrica does not store or have access to your payment information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Nathezoutofafrica ships orders to the shipping address provided during the checkout process. We offer shipping to the United Kingdom.

4.2. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the destination. We make every effort to ship orders promptly, but we cannot guarantee delivery times.

4.3. Risk of loss and title for products purchased through the Service pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt, subject to the terms and conditions of our Return Policy.

5.2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at nathezoutofafrica@gmail.com for instructions.

5.3. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, minus any shipping costs and restocking fees, if applicable.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. The Service and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, are the property of Nathezoutofafrica or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or otherwise use any content from the Service without the prior written consent of Nathezoutofafrica.

7.2. In no event shall Nathezoutofafrica's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount paid by you to Nathezoutofafrica for the products or services purchased through the Service.
