2. Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

3. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days of us receiving your return.

4. Exceptions: The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Personalized or customized items
• Earrings and other pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)

We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for returning the item(s).
